In the old island tradition we start by gathering pure and wholesome ingredients, nothing artificial, just from nature. We blend them together to create a rich, smooth and yet robust cornucopia of flavors. The flavors compliment each other to create a unique and inspirational rum cake, known as Cayman Cove™. The alcohol in the rum bakes out, though the molasses, oaky flavor from the barrel aged rum stays in to compliment our Cayman Cove™ cake and create a unique and satisfying flavor that you’ll long for time and time again.
Packaged in a handmade real vintage style wood barrel, each cake barrel box will be cherished for it’s craft. Each cake is shelf stable and contains no artificial preservatives or ingredients.
